What kind of payments do you accept?
We use PayPal secure shopping system. We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Check and PayPal payments.
What is the time frame that I will receive my logo?
Quick Pre-designed Logos take 1-2 business days, where Custom Logos can take up to 5-7 business days.

Yes, that’s a big reason we use our logo questionnaire, it helps us come up with an idea of what you would like, even if you have no clue what you want for your company logo, relax, you are in good hands. Our design team are professionals who understand your needs and will come up with some design variations for you to review that exceed your expectations.
What kind of files will I receive when my logo is finished?
Print ready: PDF, EPS, JPG and PNG, all our logos are created as a vector file, so you can enlarge and reduce and not lose quality!
Web ready: JPG, PNG and GIF
If you need any other file types please let us know and we’ll be able to get them to you, free of charge!
Do I get to own the copyright to my Logo?
Pre-designed template logos cannot be copywrited, but if you choose a custom logo design package, we create this logo type from scratch so you are free to copyrite this type of logo. Upon project completion if requested, we will send you a copyrite transfer form that shows your ownership of your new custom logo design.
Can I modify my logo?
Yes, if you have the right software. We create our logos in Adobe Illustrator and we will send you files that will able you to change things around later if you’re able to. If you need modifications later on and you’re unable to fix them we can do quick fixes for you for a small fee of $25.
What program(s) do you use to create my logo?
We use Adobe Illustrator so your files will look great on anything. Most online companies will use premade logo design software which works great for web only, but if you ever needed to send your logo to a printer or enlarge it for a sign or banner you would lose quality using these other companies. All of our logos are created using vector artwork which enables you to get the best possible quality on all medias.
Can I get a discount?

Are you able to do rush jobs if I needed the logo yesterday?
Our pre-designed logos can be rushed to 24 hours for an extra fee of $25. Our custom logo design packages may be rushed for an extra $100 charge and we do require the full payment before we start working on your logo. The logo will be completed within 1-2 business days depending on your feedback. So keep in mind that the quicker you reply to our emails the quicker you get your logo!
Does New Logo Store offer a Money Back Guarantee?
Due to the nature of actual design time involved that goes into creating your new logo for you we do guarantee on our custom logo design packages that we will simply work your new logo project until you are 100% satisfied. Our pre-designed template logos have an agreed amount of revisions which will be completed to create your final logo.
Can you also provide me with Business Cards, Letterhead and Envelopes?
